Refunds and Returns Policy

Our refund policy aims to ensure your satisfaction with every purchase. Refunds may be issued under the following circumstances:

  1. Significant Discrepancy: If the received item differs significantly from its description.
  2. Damage: In the event of item damage upon receipt.
  3. Non-Delivery: If your order hasn't arrived within 35 days.

Remember, we operate on a 15-day return policy from the date of item receipt. Beyond this period, refund or exchange requests cannot be accommodated.

When returning an item, please ensure to include the original order number, your name, delivery address, and the reason for return. Kindly note that the cost of return shipping is the customer's responsibility and is non-refundable. We recommend opting for a trackable service for returns, as we cannot refund items that do not reach us.

Upon receipt and inspection of your return, we'll notify you via email. You'll be informed whether your refund request has been approved or rejected. If approved, the refund will be processed within 30 days and credited to your original payment method.

To qualify for a return, the item must be in its original condition, unworn, unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. A valid receipt or proof of purchase is also required.

Damages and Issues: Promptly inspect your order upon arrival. If you notice any defects, damages, or receive an incorrect item, please notify us immediately. We'll assess the situation and take appropriate action to rectify the issue.

Exceptions/Non-Returnable Items: Certain items are exempt from returns, including perishable goods, custom products, and personal care items. Additionally, hazardous materials, flammable liquids, and gases cannot be returned. Should you have concerns about a specific item, don't hesitate to get in touch.

Sale Items and Gift Cards: Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

Exchanges: Should you wish to exchange an item, the quickest method is to initiate a return for the unwanted item and make a separate purchase for the desired item.

Refunds: Upon receiving and inspecting your return, we'll notify you of the refund status. Approved refunds will be automatically processed to your original payment method. Please note that it may take some time for the refund to reflect in your bank or credit card statement.
