How do I track my order?

Please note, it might take 1-2 days for tracking numbers from mail providers to sync up. But rest assured, we've got your back!

Can I change or cancel my order?

How to apply a discount code?

How long will my order take?

  • If you're in Canada, Australia, or New Zealand: You're looking at a similar timeframe of 10-16 business days.

  • And for all other countries: Yep, you guessed it, 10-16 business days.

And that's not all! We aim to process your order swiftly, typically within 1-5 business days. Our goal is to get your goodies to you as soon as possible.
